A new creative lab “Art Landing” launched in Kryvyi Rih for young artists

A new technological space — “Art Landing” — has opened at Kryvyi Rih Art School No. 3. It will serve as a mobile creative lab where children will learn digital art, graphic design, and 3D modeling.

The establishment of the lab was coordinated by the NGO “Volyn Resource Center” within the framework of the project “KRYTSIA: Support the Recovery of the Kryvyi Rih Raion,” implemented by PROMAN and LuxDev (Luxembourg) with funding from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The “Art Landing” lab is unique because all its equipment can be easily moved to different locations, enabling classes even outside the school.
The lab received 10 laptops, 10 tablets with styluses, 10 3D pens, a color printer, peripheral equipment, and furniture.

Here, students will take classes in graphic design, digital art, and 3D modeling, mastering professional tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate, and creating their own logos, comics, games, and 3D objects.

“This is not just new equipment — it’s new opportunities for creativity, growth, and confidence in the future”, – emphasized Olena Tomashevska, School Director.

The lab will also be open for partner institutions, NGOs, and universities, hosting cultural events, volunteer activities, and joint art projects.

The launch of the ‘Art Landing’ space is an example of how international support turns into real opportunities for children. We aim to make Kryvyi Rih a model of recovery and development
