Open Tender for the Supply of Energy Resilience Equipment

The Luxembourg agency LuxDev has announced an open tender for the supply of power equipment to support the resilience of the Kryvyi Rih Raion. Suppliers of generators, charging stations, and motor pumps are invited to submit their bids by August 27, 2026.

An open tender has been launched under the project KRYTSIA: Support for Recovery of Kryvyi Rih Raion, funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, in partnership with Alinea International and NDI, for the supply of equipment to strengthen energy resilience.

LuxDev invites eligible suppliers to participate in Open Tender No. A-UKR002-2026-0052.

Scope of Procurement

The procurement is divided into three lots:

  • Lot 1 – Diesel generators and power supply systems;
  • Lot 2 – Portable power stations and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS);
  • Lot 3 – High-performance motor pumps.

Award of lots: A single bidder may be awarded one or multiple lots.

Place of delivery: DDP, Kryvyi Rih city and Kryvyi Rih Raion, Ukraine.

Contract implementation period: 2 months.

  • Online information meeting (MS Teams): 13 August 2026, 15:00 (Kyiv time). The meeting link will be provided upon request.
  • Deadline for submission of bids: 27 August 2026, 15:00 (Kyiv time).
